Elian Romanian Localization

Elian Solutions has developed its own localization version for Romania for Dynamics 365 Business Central. The localization was developed in accordance with the laws applied in Romania and with the polyvalent tax system through the changes and updates that the authorities constantly promote. The system is designed to respond to the requests of all users, generating situations and reports such as:

- Tax declarations (D300, D390, D394, SAF-T, E-Factura, Intrastat);

- Financial - accounting reports:

o Purchase VAT Journals/ Sales VAT Journals

o Trial balance

o Cash register

o Journal register

o General ledger

o Depreciation register of fixed assets

o Physical inventory list of fixed assets

o Specific reports for clients and suppliers (partner sheet, partner balance sheet, aging balance, balance confirmations, etc.).

- Documents:

o Proforma invoice

o Fiscal bill

o Shipping Note

o Receipt Note

o Consumption notes

The system allows:

- checking the VAT registration no. of the partner (supplier and customer) by checking / completing certain information related to the partner file and correlating it with the information present on the ANAF website

- import of MT940 bank statements for banks that provide this type of document

- management of expenses in advance directly from the purchase invoice, specifying the associated expense account and the stagger period

- management of car expenses with tax limitation, automatically on the car number specified by the user at the level of invoice, tax receipt

- calculation of penalties with customer notification

In the system, there is a "Close Page" that groups all functionalities, logs, declarations in a single page. This is useful for accountants at the end of an accounting period when they need quick access to a functionality.
